Senior Salesforce Developer

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands‑on experience in Salesforce development, administration, and Litify to join a dynamic team supporting a Salesforce environment with 350+ users across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Build standard and custom Lightning components using Apex and LWC.
• Manage and enhance Salesforce automation, including refactoring legacy processes.
• Plan, build, test, and deploy integrations with other systems.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Evaluate the impact of new requirements across Salesforce and connected systems.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and high‑performing Salesforce environment.
• Support a Salesforce ecosystem serving 350+ users.

Required profile

• 5+ years of Salesforce development and administration experience.
• Litify experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, automation, and integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce security, permissions, objects, layouts, and data.
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into meaningful reports/visualizations.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical teams.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
