Senior Workday Financial Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Workday Financials Analyst to join a high‑performing finance solution delivery team for a global recruitment platform. The role is fully remote within LATAM time zones (CST/EST) and combines day‑to‑day production support with strategic cloud‑architecture enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Financials modules, including Financial Accounting, Expenses and Business Assets.
• Provide production support by troubleshooting defects and resolving issues promptly.
• Design and implement long‑term, scalable enhancements to improve platform health.
• Act as a technical consultant to Finance and Accounting teams, translating business requirements into system solutions.
• Manage and prioritize a backlog of initiatives to boost system responsiveness for key stakeholders.
• Extract and deliver data‑driven insights using Workday reporting tools, Prism and Accounting Center.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience configuring and supporting Workday Financials.
• Deep knowledge of Financial Accounting, Expenses and Business Assets within Workday.
• Proven ability to balance real‑time support with project‑based work in a fast‑paced, lean environment.
• Strong independent problem‑solving skills and systems thinking.
• Experience working in Agile, fully remote teams.
• Fluent English communication skills.
