About the role
Join Baker Hughes' Drilling and Completion Fluids team as a Service Delivery Coordinator. You will ensure flawless execution of projects, on‑time delivery, and strict contract adherence while supporting customers with high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Apply Health, Safety and Environment standards and procedures in all activities.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor job activities across organizational boundaries as defined in MTJC.
- Schedule and dispatch resources to meet job requirements and provide effective support.
- Act as the primary client contact for job preparation, execution, and close‑out, managing relationships throughout.
- Escalate issues promptly to protect service delivery and client objectives.
- Interpret contracts and quotes accurately and ensure correct invoicing to prevent revenue leakage.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (or high school diploma/GED with equivalent experience).
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities with influence over teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Leadership capability to coordinate field personnel.
- Demonstrated skill in building relationships and collaborative problem‑solving.
