Storekeeper – Hotel Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for a Storekeeper to manage inventory and supplies for our hotel operations in Nairobi. The role involves receiving goods, maintaining stock records, and supporting various hotel departments.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods.
• Issue supplies to various hotel departments.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper storage of goods.
• Maintain an organized and clean store.
• Prepare stock reports and requisitions.
• Ensure proper documentation of all stock movements.
• Coordinate with procurement and other departments on stock requirements.

Required profile

• Previous Storekeeper experience in the hotel industry is required.
• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of inventory and stock control procedures.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong organizational and record‑keeping skills.
• Honest, reliable, and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
