TPA Network Development Manager

About the role

As a TPA Network Development Manager at Bupa, you will lead the growth and optimisation of our healthcare provider network across the Middle East and Africa, ensuring members receive high-quality, cost-effective care.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and expand Bupa Global’s provider and service-partner network in assigned markets.
• Research healthcare markets to identify effective network development and cost-management approaches.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with hospitals, providers, TPAs and other partners.
• Build strong relationships that give members access to high-quality inpatient and outpatient services.
• Monitor healthcare spend, identify cost-saving opportunities and improve commercial performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement new provider agreements and network solutions.
• Support regional healthcare management strategies and drive performance reviews.
• Lead external partner teams to deliver positive outcomes for customers and providers.
• Act as the escalation point for provider and partner queries and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in healthcare, health insurance, provider network management, or contract negotiation.
• Commercially minded with strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
