Training Coordinator – Academic Management

About the role

Petanns Technical College is seeking a Training Coordinator to lead the development, implementation and monitoring of its training programmes across its Kenyan campuses. The role focuses on academic management, student recruitment and retention, and ensuring quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor training programmes in line with college objectives.
• Manage human‑resource aspects related to training staff and coordinators.
• Recruit, enrol and retain students, delivering high‑quality support to learners and clients.
• Prepare periodic reports on enrolment, financial performance and programme outcomes.
• Achieve set targets for student enrollment and debt collection.
• Work flexibly across any of the college’s branches throughout Kenya.

Required profile

• Diploma in Education, Business Management or a related field.
• Completion of pedagogy training at the Kenya School of TVET.
• Minimum two years’ experience managing training programmes or serving as Head of Department in a reputable middle‑level college.
• Computer literacy.
