About the role
We are looking for a Warehouse Inventory Manager to oversee inventory control and warehouse operations at our Nairobi facility. The role ensures accurate stock records, efficient dispatch, and smooth coordination of goods receipt and inspection.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inventory control and accuracy across raw material and finished goods.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including stock reconciliation, cycle counting and dispatch coordination.
- Conduct goods receiving, inspection and ensure proper documentation.
- Perform inventory analysis, reporting and support logistics planning.
Required profile
- Mid‑level professional with at least 24 months of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to supervise teams and follow established SOPs and warehouse policies.
- Strong problem‑solving, planning and organisational skills.

- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- ERP systems for record keeping and documentation
