Warehouse Logistics Coordinator/Planner – Consumer Electronics

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Logistics Co‑Ordinator/Planner to manage logistics and inventory processes for our consumer electronics operations in Nairobi. The role ensures timely invoice processing, vendor payments, and accurate stock management while supporting service centres across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monthly closing activities for logistics partners and vendors, including invoice requests, verification and submission to avoid clearance delays.
• Provide ASC customer support by advising on parts availability, ETA, PO cancellations, registration and handling SAW approvals for neighbouring countries.
• Process monthly payments to part vendors and coordinate with logistics providers such as Kloss, Fargo, SDS and Siginon.
• Manage inventory through quarterly stock‑takes, regular cycle counts and maintain accurate records in SAP ERP.
• Coordinate with SEEA and MENA teams on parts queries, pre‑alerts and open purchase orders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse logistics, inventory planning or supply‑chain operations within the consumer electronics sector.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication abilities to work with service centres, vendors and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP ERP for inventory management, purchase orders, goods movements and reporting.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.
