Warehouse Management System Clerk

About the role

The Warehouse Management System (WMS) Clerk supports the Site Lead and Inventory Controller in daily warehouse operations for the Reckitt client. You will ensure accurate receipt, storage, and movement of goods while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily toolbox meetings to brief and debrief the team.
• Receive goods, verify condition and quantity, and obtain driver and security sign‑off.
• Enter received stock data into the WMS in real time.
• Handle picking, storage, and stock integrity across warehouse zones.
• Investigate and report stock loss or variances to the Site Lead.
• Control warehouse access for non‑warehouse personnel.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, productivity records, and filing systems.
• Ensure zero lost time accidents (LTA) by enforcing safety procedures.
• Perform additional duties as required by business needs.

Required profile

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Strong planning, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Flexibility to work shift patterns and occasional odd days.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Fluent in English and Kiswahili, both spoken and written.
