Accelerated Christian Education Supervisor

About the role

The Accelerated Christian Education (ACE) Supervisor will lead the ACE Learning Center, ensuring that all educational activities follow ACE’s established procedures and protocols. This role involves supporting teachers and students, maintaining high standards of individualized learning, and managing day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with ACE procedures, protocols, and Learning Center operations.
• Oversee daily activities of the Learning Center, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and center performance.
• Provide guidance and support to teachers and students to facilitate individualized learning approaches.
• Monitor and enforce a firm, assertive learning environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Christian Education, Special Needs Education, or a related field.
• Certified ACE Supervisor with a strong understanding of ACE procedures and Learning Center operations.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in teaching or educational supervision.
• Experience working with children and adolescents.
• Strong understanding of individualized learning approaches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and record‑keeping abilities.
• Ability to be firm and assertive in a supervisory role.
