Accountant – International Clients (US Focus)

About the role

We are seeking an Accountant to support our international client base, with a focus on US‑based entities. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to risk‑management initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Conduct financial and operational audits to ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and SOX.
• Perform internal control testing and support risk‑management processes.
• Monitor financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and identify financial risks.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Prepare audit documentation and assist external auditors.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights for decision‑making.
• Enhance process efficiency and improve financial controls.
• Maintain documentation in line with compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align financial processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting.
• Experience supporting international clients, preferably in the US.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑time‑zone environments.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and SOX compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with risk‑management frameworks such as COSO or ISO 31000.
• Financial reporting and audit documentation preparation.
