About the role
The Associate – Facilities Management supports the Facility Manager in ensuring all assets are maintained to standard and supports smooth store operations through effective maintenance planning and execution.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing, scheduling and reporting maintenance activities in coordination with stores and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee store inspections and maintenance work to ensure compliance with plans and timelines.
- Provide reports on contractor performance and manage consumables and spare parts stock.
- Support incident response and compile maintenance documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in business administration.
- 4+ years relevant experience, including 1+ year in retail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong initiative, organization and multitasking abilities.
Required skills
- Maintenance planning and scheduling.
- Stock management of consumables and spare parts.
