About the role
Mozn, a leading Enterprise AI company, is looking for a Channel Sales Lead to drive partner‑led growth across Africa. The role combines commercial ownership with ecosystem building, translating Mozn’s recruitment‑to‑revenue model into repeatable, execution‑ready motions for high‑value partners while also pursuing direct enterprise opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and own the Mozn.ai partner narrative, ensuring every interaction ties to measurable ARR.
- Drive greenfield market penetration through direct enterprise engagement and partner co‑sell frameworks.
- Design territory plans that balance direct selling and partner leverage.
- Convert partner enablement into execution by aligning strategy with defined account targets.
- Build structured QBR frameworks to track pipeline, revenue, and activation metrics.
- Serve as the regional commercial face of Mozn across enterprise, government, and partner ecosystems.
Required profile
- Commercially driven leader with proven experience in channel sales, partner management, and enterprise sales.
- Ability to operate in fast‑paced environments and build scalable sales motions.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with pre‑sales, marketing, and executive stakeholders.
- Experience designing and executing partner activation, enablement, and revenue generation strategies.
