Client Engagement Executive

About the role

The Client Engagement Executive will act as the onsite ambassador for Inneo Lab within the MultiCare health system. This role bridges innovative medical product development with real‑world clinical needs, driving commercialization opportunities from concept to market.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship lead for MultiCare and other member health systems, interfacing with key opinion leaders, administrators, physicians, and staff.
• Identify and source commercialization opportunities, accelerating the development of new medical products and business ventures.
• Report to the Director of Client Engagement and collaborate with national teams in product development, management, and commercialization.
• Build and nurture relationships with system executives and innovators, integrating Inneo Lab into the MultiCare community.
• Navigate organizational structures to guide potential projects through early concept validation to downstream development.
• Lead an engagement and outreach program that uncovers unmet clinical needs and shepherds projects through the end‑to‑end innovation process.
• Maintain continuous communication between innovators and health‑system stakeholders, gathering critical data and ensuring alignment at every stage.

Required profile

• Proven experience building relationships with health‑system executives and clinicians.
• Strong understanding of healthcare innovation cycles and commercialization pathways.
• Ability to act as an advocate and conduit between innovators and stakeholders.
• Excellent navigation of complex organizational structures.
