About the role
The Field Service Engineer 2 provides on‑site technical support for Cynosure’s laser‑based medical aesthetic equipment, ensuring customers receive reliable service and optimal performance.
Key responsibilities
- Repair, test, calibrate and install laser systems and sub‑assemblies at customer sites or service centers.
- Provide on‑site technical support and troubleshooting for equipment, systems and sub‑systems.
- Maintain complete and accurate service records for each intervention.
- Interact with customers, monitor accounts and report potential problems to supervisors.
- Assist senior technicians with complex equipment issues as needed.
Required profile
- Technical background with experience in servicing medical or laser equipment.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for customer interaction.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations in the Philadelphia area.
