About the role
The Client Liaison/Receptionist provides the highest standard of service to both internal and external clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming front‑office experience. This role is pivotal in managing communications, supporting meeting logistics, and handling ad‑hoc client requests in a fast‑paced legal environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver courteous, professional customer service to all clients.
- Answer, direct, and make telephone calls; record and forward messages appropriately.
- Maintain a continuously manned reception area and ensure it remains tidy.
- Prepare and serve refreshments, manage catering requests, and keep meeting rooms equipped and clean.
- Monitor telephone system functionality and report weekly to the IT Manager.
- Generate and send weekly telephone line reports.
- Perform additional front‑desk duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a corporate or professional services setting.
- Diploma in front office, food & beverage, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Strong initiative, client‑focused mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
