About the role
The Conflict Resolution Officer supports the Office of the Ombudsperson in Nairobi, providing technical assistance for the Ombudsperson programme. Working under the Deputy Ombudsperson, the officer contributes to the informal resolution of staff conflicts and monitors emerging workplace issues.
Key responsibilities
- Manage individual conflict cases and facilitate informal dispute resolution.
- Conduct research and analysis on workplace trends and emerging issues.
- Prepare statistical data, reports and presentations for the Ombudsperson office.
- Provide technical support to the Ombudsperson programme in the assigned region.
