About the role
The Customer Service Supervisor will lead a team of customer service agents, ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. You will act as the bridge between the client and the team, driving operational excellence and supporting business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and improve service quality to achieve satisfactory audit ratings.
- Ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Provide two‑way communication between the client and the team, setting clear expectations.
- Monitor service level agreements and resolve patient or client issues efficiently.
- Support inbound teams by sharing market and campaign knowledge.
- Identify performance gaps and implement timely interventions.
- Conduct real‑time performance evaluations and give feedback to customer service agents.
Required profile
- Degree in any related field.
- C1 level proficiency in English.
- At least 1 month of relevant experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
