Data Intern – Logistics & Maintenance Operations

About the role
This internship supports the workshop and fleet teams by handling data related to maintenance planning, inventory, and reporting. You will work on real‑world logistics processes, ensuring accurate records and timely actions.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and update preventive maintenance and repair schedules in collaboration with the workshop supervisor.
- Generate, close, and track job cards for all maintenance and repair work.
- Maintain daily updates of the vehicle maintenance tracker, including completed and pending jobs.
- Raise and follow up on spare‑parts and consumable requisitions, coordinating with procurement and stores.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on maintenance status, costs, and downtime.
- Support the workshop supervisor in compiling inputs for the workshop budget and tracking expenditure variance.
- Ensure inspection schedules and certification timelines are up‑to‑date and that all documentation meets compliance and audit requirements.
Required profile
- Degree, diploma or vocational training in Automotive Engineering or a data‑related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a workshop, fleet, or technical administrative environment.
- Basic automotive knowledge and familiarity with inventory and procurement processes.
