Electrical Engineering Manager (Wind Energy)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead the design and execution of wind‑farm projects in Hyderabad. You will oversee technical teams, coordinate consultants, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project designs, ensuring technical specifications and regulatory requirements are met.
• Coordinate engineering consultants, review and approve designs and documentation.
• Review equipment test reports and provide technical guidance.
• Represent the engineering team in project meetings and presentations.
• Conduct load flow, short‑circuit, and power system studies for wind farms.
• Ensure compliance with Grid Codes, IEC, IEEE, CEA, and utility regulations.
• Support cost estimation, financial modelling, and feasibility analysis for wind energy projects.

Required profile

• B.E. / M.E. in Electrical Engineering.
• 8–10 years of experience in wind‑farm electrical design, substations, and EHV transmission lines (up to 400 kV).
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Passion for renewable energy, high integrity, and a proactive execution mindset.
