Electrical Engineering Manager – Wind Energy Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead the design and execution of wind farm projects in Hyderabad. The role involves overseeing technical teams, coordinating consultants, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project designs, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and manage engineering consultants; review and approve designs and documentation.
• Review equipment test reports and provide technical guidance.
• Represent the engineering team in project meetings and presentations.
• Conduct load flow analysis, short‑circuit studies, and power system studies for wind farms.
• Ensure compliance with Grid Codes, IEC, IEEE, CEA, and utility regulations.
• Drive technical excellence, innovation, and process improvements.
• Support cost estimation, financial modelling, and feasibility analysis for wind energy projects.

Required profile

• B.E. / M.E. in Electrical Engineering.
• 8–10 years of experience in wind farm electrical design, substations, and EHV transmission lines (up to 400 kV).
• Expertise in HV/MV/EHV electrical systems for wind projects.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Passion for renewable energy, detail‑oriented, high integrity, and innovative mindset.
