About the role
HiHome Appliances Ltd is expanding its new Narok branch and seeks energetic, results‑driven individuals for entry‑level retail positions. Roles include Sales Merchandiser, Customer Service Representative, Stock Assistant and Stock In‑Charge.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection, provide product knowledge and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain store presentation, manage inventory, and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and after‑sales support professionally.
- Support merchandising activities and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
Required profile
- Previous experience in retail, preferably electronics.
- Located in Narok and able to work onsite.
- Strong communication, teamwork and reliability.
- Honesty, professionalism and a customer‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of electronics products and sales techniques.
- Proficiency in using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
