Finance Operations Specialist

About the role

The Finance Operations Specialist will support WWF International’s mission by ensuring efficient and effective financial management, digital solutions, and proactive risk management across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver strategic financial management aligned with WWF’s global objectives.
• Develop, maintain and improve digital finance tools and internal systems.
• Identify, assess and mitigate financial risks proactively.
• Provide guidance and advice on regulatory and internal financial standards.
• Communicate financial policies and requirements to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance operations within a large, complex organization.
• Strong understanding of internal financial systems, tools and processes.
• Ability to balance efficiency with effectiveness in a mission‑driven environment.
• Experience working in an international, non‑profit or NGO setting.
