Graphic Designer – High‑Performance Creative Role

About the role

DANE STUDIO, a buyer acquisition agency in Nairobi, is looking for a highly‑obsessed Graphic Designer to create conversion‑focused visual assets for a range of client brands. You will work on real‑world projects such as property flyers, billboards, social media ads, pitch decks, newsletters and brand systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver a variety of assets (flyers, billboards, social carousels, decks) on a weekly basis.
• Turn written briefs into first‑draft concepts within the same day.
• Iterate quickly on feedback while maintaining high visual standards.
• Maintain a swipe file of high‑performing ads and stay current on design trends.
• Ensure consistency and quality across 5+ client brands each week.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing for real businesses, not just academic projects.
• Obsessive attention to detail, especially typography and layout.
• Ability to handle high volume without compromising quality.
• Comfortable receiving feedback without taking it personally.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
