Production Artworker

About the role

Nexgen Packaging, Limited is seeking a Production Artworker to join its Nairobi team. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on creating, editing, and finalising artwork files for a variety of print production processes supporting apparel and retail packaging projects.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality artwork files ready for print production.
• Perform photo retouching to meet specific client requirements.
• Ensure all outputs align with branding guidelines and company standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to manage projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across all design deliverables.

Required profile

• Proficiency in print production and artworking processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold design standards.
• Effective teamwork skills in an on‑site environment.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Experience in the packaging or retail industry is a plus.
