Graphic Designer

About the role

Connect Coffee Company Limited is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to produce print and digital visual assets for its coffee shops across Nairobi. The role involves maintaining brand consistency while supporting marketing campaigns, events and social media initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing collateral such as posters, flyers, menus, newsletters, digital banners and promotional materials for both print and online use.
• Coordinate with vendors to manage production and printing of physical assets.
• Create engaging visual content for social media platforms in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts for campaigns, seasonal offers and in‑store displays.
• Work with photographers and videographers to edit and prepare visual and video assets for publication.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs, ensuring correct use of logos, colours, fonts and messaging.
• Organise and manage a library of design files, templates and brand assets for easy reuse.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends and tools, incorporating feedback to continuously improve visual output.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing or brand environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to create both print and digital designs.
• Experience in the hospitality, food‑and‑beverage or retail sector is an advantage.
