HR Supervisor

About the role

The HR Supervisor will oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate personnel data management, and compliance with local regulations. This role supports the HR team in maintaining a productive and compliant workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new staff, entering accurate information into the personnel system.
• Manage exit processes, preparing documents and completing clearance procedures.
• Maintain contracts, update basic personnel information, and handle contract renewals.
• Issue warning letters in line with local legal requirements and disciplinary policy.
• Ensure attendance data is accurate, prepare monthly summaries.
• Handle employee relations incidents and drive timely resolutions.
• Process office expense claims and staff welfare payments.
• Maintain complete and up‑to‑date personnel files.
• Assist with working visa applications and renewals, ensuring timely submission.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Human Resource Generalist.
• Familiarity with the Dubai visa application process and requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
