About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support sourcing, screening, and hiring across multiple departments in our Nairobi office. The role is ideal for a recruitment‑enthusiastic professional who wants to grow in a fast‑paced environment while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and keep the process moving efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Promote a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Required profile

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, headhunting, talent acquisition or HR.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • High attention to detail.
