Influencer Marketing Assistant

About the role

Simple Life is seeking a high‑energy Influencer Marketing Assistant to support the execution of influencer campaigns for its AI‑powered health coaching app. You will work closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager, handling outreach, negotiations, and coordination of scouts to ensure smooth collaborations from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate contact with influencers, present collaboration opportunities, and negotiate deliverables, pricing, and timelines.
• Coordinate and supervise scouts who identify potential influencers, reviewing submissions and providing feedback.
• Screen influencer profiles for relevance, audience authenticity, engagement rates, and platform fit.
• Summarize campaign performance, influencer response rates, and outreach metrics for reporting.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the US and UK markets.
• Ability to manage multiple influencer activations simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation skills and a data‑friendly mindset for reviewing metrics and budgets.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and excellent communication skills.
