About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven Growth Marketing Manager to own, execute, and scale lead generation and revenue growth across our e‑commerce marketplace and B2B SaaS products. You will drive user acquisition, manage cross‑channel digital campaigns, and optimise conversion funnels while collaborating with agencies and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage agency relationships to ensure timely deployment of marketing assets.
- Design, build, and launch end‑to‑end email campaigns for e‑commerce promotions and SaaS feature releases.
- Develop and manage strategic ad placements on our internal marketplace.
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Business Manager.
- Oversee SEO efforts, initially coordinating with an external consultant and later taking full ownership.
- Monitor and report on Marketplace GMV and SaaS MQL metrics.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of proven digital marketing experience covering both e‑commerce conversion and B2B SaaS lead generation.
- Experience with multi‑tenant marketplaces or complex product ecosystems is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently, roll up sleeves, and deliver measurable growth.
Required skills
- Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign or Mailchimp (email marketing platforms).
- Google Ads Manager.
- Meta Business Manager (Facebook/Instagram).
- Google Analytics GA4.
- Ahrefs or SEMrush (SEO tools).
