About the role
The Kilimo Loan Officer will promote agricultural loan products across the Nairobi region, assess credit applications from farmers, and ensure timely loan repayments. This full‑time, on‑site position supports Brisk Credit’s mission to finance the agricultural sector.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and market agricultural loan products to farmers and agribusinesses.
- Evaluate credit applications, conduct risk assessments, and recommend approvals.
- Follow up on loan repayments and manage delinquent accounts.
- Maintain accurate client records and loan documentation.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Finance, Business or a related field.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in agricultural lending.
- Strong analytical and customer‑service orientation.
