Learning Support Assistant (Primary School)

About the role

Brackenhill Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join its dedicated team from September 2026. The role involves providing high‑quality support to all pupils, with a particular focus on those with complex special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tailored support to pupils, ensuring inclusive learning experiences.
• Promote the school’s ethos, educational vision, policies and direction.
• Maintain high expectations for achievement and behaviour across the student body.
• Provide cover supervision throughout the school as required.
• Assist with first‑aid duties after appropriate training.
