Management Trainee – Warehouse Operations

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee to join our warehouse team. This position offers end‑to‑end exposure to warehouse and supply‑chain processes, allowing you to develop a solid foundation in logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in full‑cycle daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching.
• Assist with inventory management tasks such as data reconciliation, stock counting, and reporting of obsolete materials.
• Operate warehouse and business systems, ensuring timely and accurate data entry, especially after system emergencies.
• Process warehouse documents and follow up on delivery and receiving confirmations.
• Coordinate on‑site operations, verify vehicle and driver information, and uphold warehouse safety standards.
• Support cost‑control initiatives and handle inventory‑related damage or loss.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Statistics).
• Solid foundational knowledge of logistics, warehousing, or supply‑chain management.
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to strictly follow company processes and regulations.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Good computer skills and ability to quickly learn enterprise management systems.
