Marketing Executive – Remote (Kenya)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to support two fast‑growing international businesses – UCM Global Talent and UCM Education. The role is fully remote, operates on UK working hours, and is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who want hands‑on exposure to recruitment marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Support candidate attraction activities and enhance LinkedIn recruiter visibility.
• Manage talent‑pool engagement, email outreach, and database marketing.
• Create marketing content, branding initiatives, and track campaign performance.
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants, HR, and leadership to align marketing with business growth.

• Strong attitude, initiative and adaptability.
• Eagerness to learn and curiosity about business growth.
• Clear communication and genuine interest in marketing.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable with fast‑paced environments.

Required skills

• LinkedIn for recruitment and branding.
• CRM and database marketing tools.

• Use of AI‑supported marketing workflows and tools.
