Marketing Executive - Transport & Logistics

About the role

Moonstar Investments is looking for a Marketing Executive to develop and run marketing strategies for its transport and logistics services. The role builds strong client relationships, raises brand visibility and drives business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run marketing campaigns for transport, logistics and clearing and forwarding services.
• Find and pursue new business through market research, networking and client engagement.
• Create marketing content such as social media posts, brochures, proposals and advertisements.
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence and online visibility.
• Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions and partnerships.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and work with sales and operations teams.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and client needs, and prepare regular marketing reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in marketing, business administration, logistics or a related field.
• Proven marketing experience, preferably in transport, logistics or the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet targets and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (an added advantage).
• Networking and relationship-building skills.
• Organizational and planning abilities; creative, results-driven and team-oriented.
