Marketing Officer – Exclusive Showroom Construction

About the role

KEDA CERAMICS is looking for a dynamic Marketing Officer to lead the development and execution of exclusive Frencia showrooms. This position blends marketing expertise with construction coordination to ensure each showroom reflects the brand’s highest standards of design, quality, and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Measure allocated showroom spaces and implement Frencia‑approved designs accurately.
• Coordinate closely with the Frencia sales team to guide customers on exclusive showroom standards.
• Liaise with senior management to provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and proposed solutions.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for showroom construction and keep projects within approved budgets.
• Source, negotiate with, and manage branding and construction vendors/suppliers.
• Oversee execution of showroom branding, fixtures, and construction works.
• Manage repairs, replacements, and upgrades of damaged or outdated showroom elements to maintain brand consistency.
• Ensure timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements are met across all projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in showroom, retail, or commercial construction projects.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, timelines, contractors, and vendors.
• Good knowledge of materials, structures, and construction processes used in showroom/retail environments.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners.
• Willingness to travel to showroom sites as required.
