TikTok Content Sales Creator and Graphics Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative TikTok Content Sales Creator and Graphics Designer to join our on‑site team in the CBD Division. You will combine video storytelling with eye‑catching graphics to showcase our products and drive online sales. This role sits at the intersection of social media marketing and visual design, supporting our e‑commerce growth across East Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Produce engaging TikTok videos that highlight product features and encourage purchases.
• Design graphics that align with brand guidelines for use on TikTok, the website, and other digital channels.
• Edit and optimise video and image assets for fast loading and maximum impact.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure content supports business objectives.
• Track, analyse and report performance metrics to continuously improve reach and conversion.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest TikTok trends, design techniques and social media best practices.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience creating TikTok content and managing social media campaigns.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work for digital platforms.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or a related field is an advantage.
