About the role

TIA Clinics is seeking a qualified Massage Therapist to join its Nairobi team. You will deliver professional therapeutic massage services, including body massage, Shiatsu, and stress‑management techniques, tailored to each client’s needs. This is a full‑time, on‑site position focused on promoting wellness and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform therapeutic body massages and Shiatsu sessions.
• Apply stress‑management techniques and create personalized wellness routines.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety throughout all treatments.
• Engage with clients to ensure comfort, address concerns, and achieve desired outcomes.
• Document treatment details and follow clinic protocols.

Required profile

• Proficiency in therapeutic massage techniques, including Shiatsu and body massage.
• Ability to design individualized stress‑management and wellness plans.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent interpersonal communication.
• Commitment to strict hygiene and safety standards.
• Certification in Massage Therapy or equivalent training.
• Physical stamina and dexterity for hands‑on therapy.
• Previous experience as a Massage Therapist is advantageous.
• Passion for wellness and self‑care.
