Consultant – Document & Analyse UNICEF 7% Set-Aside Investment (Remote)

About the role

UNICEF is seeking an experienced consultant to document and analyse the implementation of its 7% Set-Aside investment aimed at reducing new HIV infections among adolescent girls and young women across 11 African countries. The assignment is remote, based on the Centre of Excellence in Nairobi, and will run for three months.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and synthesize programme monitoring data, country reports and stakeholder insights.
• Produce high‑quality knowledge products that capture implementation approaches, emerging results and strategic lessons.
• Develop advocacy materials to support future programming, policy engagement and resource mobilisation.
• Document innovations, partnerships, systems‑strengthening efforts and key lessons learned.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Services, Humanities or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in adolescent HIV prevention, SRHR, gender equality or related programming.
• Proven experience in strategic documentation, knowledge management and evidence synthesis.
