About the role
We are looking for a proactive Office Administrator and Customer Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers while ensuring smooth daily operations. The role combines front‑desk duties with comprehensive administrative support across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, manage reception duties and handle incoming calls and emails.
- Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements and company events.
- Maintain and organise company records, files and documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations and other business documents as required.
- Monitor office supplies, equipment and vendor relationships.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and employee administration activities.
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR‑related tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate facility management, including office maintenance and security.
- Process invoices, expense claims and other administrative financial transactions.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, service providers and government agencies when necessary.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Commerce or a related field.
- Professional certifications in office management, administration, customer service or records management are a plus.
