Product Manager (Technical)

About the role

You will be the trusted point of contact for top‑tier enterprise customers, guiding the evolution of our platform to meet their growing needs. By understanding each customer’s business deeply, you will own the account and ensure successful adoption and expansion of the solution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the relationship with enterprise customers, acting as their strategic advisor.
• Own the outcome: ensure customers operate smoothly on the platform and expand usage.
• Translate customer needs into workflows, configurations, integrations, and data solutions; build them yourself or provide clear specifications for engineering.
• Manage data migrations and maintain data integrity as customer environments evolve.
• Feed insights from the field back to the product team to shape the roadmap.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead enterprise relationships and earn senior‑level trust.
• Technical mindset: comfortable reading data, writing configuration scripts, and reasoning about data models.
• Strong judgment in ambiguous situations and clear ownership of outcomes.
• Quick learner with AI agents and large‑language‑model tooling, including verification of outputs.
• Excellent communication with both operators and engineers.
