Product Analyst (Growth)

About the role

SIMPLE is looking for a Product Analyst focused on growth to turn product data into actionable insights. You will work closely with product, marketing and data teams to evaluate experiments, refine pricing strategies, and uncover new levers for user acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating product experiments and interpreting results to optimize initiatives.
• Participate in pricing A/B tests and provide insights for product and marketing strategies.
• Improve the existing LTV forecasting model and develop additional predictive models as needed.
• Build reports and dashboards that give visibility into product trends and growth opportunities.
• Identify and explore potential growth levers based on data‑driven analysis.

Required profile

• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, CTEs, and performance optimisation.
• Experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines (e.g., Airflow, dbt) and ensuring data quality.
• Basic Python proficiency for data analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Superset, Tableau or Power BI.
• Solid understanding of statistics, A/B testing, and experimental design.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for digging into data and proposing growth opportunities.
