About the role
The Programme Management Intern will support the CITES MIKE Program in Nairobi, contributing to wildlife and elephant conservation initiatives under the United Nations Environment Programme.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with programme management tasks, including coordination of activities and documentation.
- Support data collection and reporting related to elephant conservation.
- Help prepare briefing materials and updates for stakeholders.
Required profile
- Enrolled in the final academic year of a bachelor’s degree, a graduate programme, or already graduated.
- Academic background in wildlife conservation, environmental management, project management, business management or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest and motivation to work in wildlife, specifically elephant conservation.
