Regional Domain Manager – Fleets & Vehicles

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, execution‑focused Regional Domain Manager to lead Bolt’s Fleets & Vehicles operations across multiple markets. You will be the regional owner of all central programmes – from vehicle financing and branding to electrification and fleet deals – ensuring they are delivered with excellence and aligned with local market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end execution of global Fleets & Vehicles initiatives in the region, translating frameworks into market‑specific action plans with clear accountability.
• Monitor programme delivery, identify and escalate blockers early, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Provide structured market feedback to central teams, surfacing regulatory, risk, and demand‑side insights.
• Own regional domain KPIs and OKRs, tracking metrics such as financed vehicle GMV share, branding penetration, electrification mix, and programme profitability.
• Prepare performance commentary, root‑cause analysis, and improvement actions for business reviews.
• Enforce adoption of central tools, dashboards, and processes to ensure consistent execution across markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading multi‑market operations in the mobility or logistics sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning local and central teams.
• Results‑oriented, able to remove blockers and drive programmes to target.
