Warehouse Specialist – Kajiado

About the role

The Warehouse Specialist will oversee all daily warehouse activities at our Kajiado facility, ensuring smooth receipt, storage, picking and dispatch of goods. This role is pivotal in maintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting the broader logistics and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end warehouse operations, including goods receiving, inventory storage, order picking and outbound dispatch.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to maintain stock accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with regional logistics and sales teams to address order fulfilment issues and meet delivery deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and standardized warehouse organization protocols.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years practical experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic inventory management systems.
• Competence in using common office software tools.
