Regional Sales Manager – North-East & Yorkshire

About the role

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the delivery of Diagnostic Imaging and Advanced Therapies solutions across the North‑East and Yorkshire region. You will act as a trusted partner to NHS and private‑sector customers, guiding them from initial engagement through long‑term relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets for Diagnostic Imaging and Advanced Therapies.
• Develop and nurture long‑term customer relationships beyond the procurement cycle.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within the assigned region.
• Engage with procurement teams, manage tenders and frameworks effectively.
• Maintain accurate, high‑quality CRM data.
• Support project delivery and ensure successful customer engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or a customer‑facing role, ideally within imaging or healthcare.
• Experience working with public and/or private healthcare customers.
• Familiarity with NHS and private‑sector organisations in the UK.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong organisational skills, resilience and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and conflict‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM systems to track opportunities and customer interactions.
