Regional Sales Manager – West Midlands & North Wales

About the role

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the promotion and sales of Diagnostic Imaging and Advanced Therapies solutions across the West Midlands, Staffordshire, Cheshire and North Wales. The role involves building long‑term partnerships with NHS and private healthcare providers, guiding customers from initial contact through to sustained relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets for Diagnostic Imaging and Advanced Therapies within the assigned region.
• Develop and nurture long‑term customer relationships beyond the procurement cycle.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive growth through proactive market development.
• Engage with procurement teams, manage tenders and frameworks, and ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate, high‑quality data in the CRM system.
• Support project delivery and contribute to successful customer engagements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or a customer‑facing role, preferably within imaging or healthcare.
• Experience working with public and/or private healthcare customers.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with strong organisational resilience.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and conflict‑management abilities.
