About the role

Global Food Ventures (GFV) is expanding its virtual brand network across Kenya and is looking for motivated hospitality professionals to join its GFVx partner programme. As a Restaurant Growth Partner you will act as a bridge between GFV’s delivery‑first brand model and local restaurants that have unused kitchen capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify restaurants with spare kitchen space and assess their suitability for virtual brand concepts.
• Introduce restaurant owners to GFV’s virtual brand system and explain the revenue‑sharing model.
• Guide partners through the onboarding process, from concept selection to launch.
• Support restaurants in launching and operating delivery‑focused brands using existing infrastructure.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring ongoing performance and satisfaction.
• Expand GFV’s kitchen network throughout the Kenyan market.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the hospitality or restaurant sector in Kenya.
• Strong, established relationships with restaurant owners or operators.
• Ability to work independently and manage a network of partners.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on revenue generation.
