About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven Sales & Account Manager to generate new business while nurturing existing client relationships. The role combines sales leadership, strategic account development and customer success to meet revenue targets and ensure long‑term satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting and lead generation.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships as the primary point of contact.
- Manage account renewals, upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations and customer support teams.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and interactions in CRM systems.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates and performance reports.
- Support junior sales staff or coordinate account activities as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field (preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
