About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team on the Kenyan coast. This commission‑based position offers the chance to earn a high income by directly converting effort into revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers in assigned coastal locations.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate terms to close deals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales outcomes.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Required profile

• Self‑driven and eager to achieve results.
• Confident communicator with strong persuasion abilities.
• Willingness to work on a commission basis with no fixed salary.
• Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
